In 1979, Bob Perry opened Perry’s Butcher Shop in Houston — a modest meat market that quickly became a staple of the neighborhood. By 1986, his son, Chris Perry, had persuaded him to add dining tables, which proved popular among loyal customers. After the successful expansion, Chris was then inspired to open Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille^® in 1993.
