PERRY'S RESTAURANT GROUP OPENS NEW OFFICE IN THE WOODLANDS

-Expanded Presence in North, Northwest Houston Prompts Office Locale-

HOUSTON (February 23, 2005) – Perry's Restaurant Group, the Houston-based, family-owned business that operates all seven locations of Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, Perry's Italian Grille and Perry's Market & Grille, today announced the recent opening of a new satellite office in The Woodlands.

Located off Woodlands Parkway at 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive, Perry's has leased 1,000 square-feet of office space to house employees dedicated solely to marketing and community relations in The Woodlands and Champions. The satellite office will focus primarily on booking private parties, handling sponsorship opportunities and special events, and initiating other various community activities.

Based on their success in The Woodlands and with Perry's Steakhouse & Grille scheduled to open its first location in Champions in April 2005, Perry's representatives feel an expanded business presence in the area will provide local clientele with a convenient, personal corporate presence.

"As we've established ourselves within The Woodlands, and with our Champions location scheduled to open within weeks, we recognized the need to meet client expectations of personal service both within our restaurants and the communities in which we operate," said Chris Perry, president and CEO of Perry's.

The new office location in The Woodlands gives Perry's two corporate venues. The restaurant group's headquarters remains based in Clear Lake. As their business continues to grow and expand, so will Perry's operational structure.
