PERRY'S STEAKHOUSE & GRILLE CONTINUES PARTNERSHIP WITH MEMORIAL HERMANN TO CELEBRATE GRAND OPENING IN CHAMPIONS

– Restaurant's Opening Night Proceeds from "The Dinner of Champions" to Benefit Memorial Hermann Children 's Hospital –

HOUSTON (March 24, 2005) – As one of Champion's newest community members, Perry's Steakhouse & Grille will again partner with Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital by donating the restaurant 's opening night proceeds.

On Thursday, March 31, Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, the Houston-based, family-owned restaurant renowned for exceptional service, dining and casual elegance, will officially open its newest location in Champions near Hwy. 249 at the intersection of Cypresswood Dr. and Cutten Rd. That evening, Perry's will host "The Dinner of Champions," a five-course meal with wine pairing for $100 per person with proceeds benefiting Memorial Hermann Children 's Hospital.

Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital, part of the not-for-profit Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and affiliated with UT-Medical School-Houston, plans to allocate the monies to its services and programs that meet the special medical needs of children.

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, the restaurateur's fourth steakhouse and seventh Perry's concept restaurant to open in the Houston area, represents Perry's first venture into Northwest Houston.
Located at 9730 Cypresswood Dr. in the Raveneaux Office Park, the 12,500 square-foot restaurant will accommodate more than 400 people and feature seven private dining rooms, including Perry's signature wine tower room. Perry's signature, climate-controlled wine tower will stand approximately 26-feet tall and provide private dining for eight.

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille will also feature a cocktail lounge and bar separate from the dining area and a partially covered outdoor patio.

Perry's, renowned for creating a casually elegant atmosphere and eclectic ambiance, continues to evolve its concept with its newest location. The Champions venue's eclectic mix of modern and contemporary décor and architecture provides a more upscale setting similar to the Sugar Land Town Square location, which opened in June 2004.

"The Champions location is a prime example of the evolution of our concepts and restaurants," stated Perry. "We constantly listen to our customers, taking their opinions into consideration as we develop new and unique services and settings."

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille will boast personal wine lockers available for purchase annually, affording patrons the opportunity to acquire their favorite wines to have on hand during any visits, either for themselves, family guests or business associates. Along with the climate-controlled wine vault and exclusive wine list, the new restaurant also features a tableside chateaubriand, Perry's signature pork chop and flaming desserts.

An exquisite Sunday jazz brunch will treat customers to a light, lively musical atmosphere. The live jazz also is played during Wednesday through Saturday evenings.

Open seven days a week, Perry's Steakhouse & Grille's Champions location 's hours are as follows:

* Monday through Thursday – 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
* Friday – 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
* Saturday – 12 p.m. to 11 a.m.
* Sunday – 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (live jazz brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
