AS CONCEPT CONTINUES TO EXPAND, PERRY'S RESTAURANT GROUP PROMOTES KEY PERSONNEL

-Perry's Strengthens Catering, Special Events and Community Relations Initiatives -

HOUSTON (May 31, 2005) – Perry's Restaurant Group, the Houston-based, family-owned organization which recently opened a new Steakhouse & Grille location in Champions, today announced the promotion of Jose Zamora, III to Director of Catering and Natalie Jones and Marilyn Laidlaw to Directors of Community Relations and Private Events.

With Zamora coordinating Perry's rapidly growing catering division, he oversees all catered events, including tailoring menus to meet specific client needs. Joining Perry's in January 2004, he has more than 16 years of sales, marketing and management experience from various companies, including British Airways, Hertz Car Rental and South Shore Harbour Resort & Conference Center.

Jones, who has grown with Perry's for more than 12 years, will focus primarily on private event booking and coordination as Director of Community Relations and Private Events for the Sugar Land and Clear Lake areas.

As Director of Community Relations and Private Events for The Woodlands and Champions communities, Laidlaw focuses on networking within these markets with various charities and organizations. With more than 10 years of detailed customer service expertise, including eight years with Nordstrom's, Laidlaw has been with Perry's for the past two years.
