PERRY'S RESTAURANT GROUP ANNOUNCES APRIL PROMOTIONS TO CELEBRATE ANNIVERSARY

–Perry's Restaurant Group celebrates 27 years in business; April lunch promotion will pay tribute to two signature Perry dishes and benefit to local charities–

HOUSTON, TX. (March 9, 2006) – Perry's Restaurant Group, a Houston-based, family-owned restaurant business, announces the celebration of their 27th anniversary. Founded in 1979, Perry's Restaurant Group operates seven locations including Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, Perry & Sons Market & Grille and Perry's Italian Grille, as well as a Perry & Sons Online Market.

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille was originally founded by Bob Perry, as a butcher shop in southeast Houston. Son Chris Perry later joined the team and combined the butcher with a sit-down restaurant. Based on the concept's success, a second location was established in Friendswood in 1989 and third location in Clear Lake in 1993. As a result of Perry's Market & Grille and Perry's Steakhouse & a Grille's accomplishments, a new concept was developed in 1997 as Perry's Italian Grille was created. Additionally, Perry & Sons Online Market was launched last year to provide customers an opportunity to purchase products online and have them delivered to home or work.

"We have built our restaurants upon the principles of pride and hard work, therefore we are thrilled to have reached this important milestone," said Chris Perry, president and CEO of Perry's. Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, voted "Best Steakhouse in Texas" by Wine Enthusiast magazine, made a name for themselves with the opening of Perry's Clear Lake in 1991. With each year that passed, this location quickly became the staple of fine dining in this Southeast community. Due to the phenomenal success of Perry's Clear Lake location, it emerged as the standard for all locations that followed including, The Woodlands in 2001; Sugar Land in 2004; and Champions in 2005.

"Because our Steakhouse & Grille restaurants are celebrating their respective anniversaries this year, we felt it was necessary to celebrate them with a special promotion for our customers," said Perry. "During the month of April, each steakhouse location will donate proceeds from the lunch sale of two signature dishes to a local charity. "

To commemorate the four anniversaries, Perry's will pay tribute to two menu items that have become signature Perry dishes—The Five-Finger Pork Chop and The Tequila-Lime Chicken Salad. In honor of their 27 years in business, Perry's will donate 27% of the profit of these two items to the following local charities: The Children's Education Foundation of the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands; The Fort Bend Regional Council on Substance Abuse in Sugar Land; The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts in Champions; and The Jori Zemel Children's Bone Cancer Foundation in Clear Lake.
