"Houston-based Perry's Grille & Steakhouse to open in
Sugar Land Town Square"

"Sugarland Properties Incorporated announces that Perry's Restaurant Group has selected Sugar Land Town Square for its newest Perry's Grille & Steakhouse location.

'Sugar Land Town Square is a very interesting project,' said Chris Perry, president and CEO of Perry's Restaurant Group. 'We selected this particular development for the new Perry's Grille & Steakhouse because it has strong demographics and a great location at the corner of Highway 6 and the Southwest Freeway.'

Founded in 1979, Perry's Restaurant group is a Houston-based, family-owned business. In addition to Perry's Grille & Steakhouse, Perry's Restaurant Group owns and operates Perry's Italian Kitchen and Perry's Meat Market. The Town Square Perry's Grille & Steakhouse will be the restaurateur's third steakhouse and seventh Perry's concept restaurant to open in the Houston area."
