Create your own omlette (ham, bacon, mushrooms, yellow and white cheese, jalapeños, diced peppers and onions)

Swiss cheese, parmigiano reggiano, sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese with fresh ranchero tomato salsa served with roasted rosemary potatoes, apple-smoked bacon and grilled Italian bread

Portabello mushrooms, oven roasted tomatoes, rosemary and homemade mozzarella served with roasted rosemary potatoes and grilled Italian bread

• CHICKEN CORDON BLEU •
A plumb chicken breast stuffed with sweet shaved ham, baby swiss cheese, encrusted with bread crumbs and served with a garden sherry sauce and vegetables du jour

Two crepes flameed with a Grand Marnier orange sauce and served with vanilla ice cream
