			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>DALLAS (August 3, 2009)</strong> – Perry’s Restaurants, a Texas-based, family-owned group of fine-dining restaurants, will open a 10,000-square-foot location of its award-winning Perry’s Steakhouse &amp; Grille in Dallas in Spring 2010.</p>
<p><span id="more-118"></span></p>
<p>Perry’s Steakhouse will be located at 2000 McKinney in Uptown Dallas.  A development of Lincoln Property Company, the 2.9-acre site is adjacent to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the planned Woodall Rogers Park and within walking distance of the Crescent, Hotel ZaZa, and The Arts District.</p>
<p>The Dallas Perry’s Steakhouse will seat 350 guests and offer five private dining rooms including loft dining, outdoor seating, a wine wall featuring more than 5,000 bottles and personal wine lockers.</p>
<p>Famous for its selection of butcher-fresh Prime beef, dry-aged in house for 28 days, Perry’s is also known for its specialty — its famous pork chop: dried, cured and roasted, then caramelized and topped with Perry’s signature herb-garlic butter sauce. Also offered is Perry’s Social Hour, weekdays from 4–6:30 p.m. with live entertainment daily.</p>

<p>From its humble beginnings as a meat market founded by Bob Perry in 1979, <a title="Visit Perry's Steakhouse &amp; Grille" href="http://www.perryssteakhouse.com" target="_blank">Perry’s Steakhouse &amp; Grille</a> has since become a Houston institution.  In commemoration of the founding year, two specials will be priced at $19.79.</p>
<ul>
<li>Diners can enjoy a three-course meal featuring Chopped Salad, Perry&#8217;s Famous Pork Chop, and a Trio Dessert, for $19.79 per person from 4 pm until closing on Sundays and Mondays.</li>
<li>During Perry’s social hour, Monday through Friday from 4 – 6:30 pm, guests can enjoy one bottle of Perry&#8217;s Steakhouse &amp; Grille&#8217;s private label Cabernet or Chardonnay for $19.79 in the bar or dining room (Limited to one bottle per table, while supplies last.).</li>

<p>Also, starting on April 3, 2009, Perry’s Steakhouse &amp; Grille will revive a longstanding tradition with &#8220;Pork Chop Fridays&#8221;. <p>Long renowned in Japan for its buttery flavor, perfect marbling and fork-tenderness, Akaushi beef has only recently begun to appear in upscale American Restaurants. The rare &#8220;red&#8221; cattle that produce Akaushi beef (the same breed that produces Kobe beef) are raised exclusively in Japan, and in one U.S. herd located in Yoakum, Texas. The lineage of the Texas Akaushi beef cattle can be traced back over thirty generations, making it the only all-natural, 100% source-verified beef in America.</p>

<p>La Centerra is a $100 million project, located within the 7,000 acre Cinco Ranch residential development in Katy, Texas. Built by Vista Equities Group Inc., a retail shopping center developer who is heading up the 33-acre project that features high-end retail shops with office space, cobblestone streets, antique gas lanterns and a signature centerpiece building modeled after an old town Texas county courthouse. La Centerra is located at the Grand Parkway and Cinco Ranch Blvd. in Katy, Texas.  La Centerra will allows local residents to shop for haute couture and enjoy gourmet cuisine and fine wines closer to home.</p>
<p>Located in the hub of a bustling area that includes schools, a library, a fitness center, grocery stores and a large apartment complex, La Centerra offers lakeside dining, valet parking, community facilities, and a health and fitness center, which will include a full-service spa.</p>

The newest menu item is a showstopper &#8212; The Symphony Kabob. This dish is a symphony of flavors, a one-pound lobster tail, giant shrimp and a filet, all presented hanging on a silver kabob.</p>
